PRODUCED AND BOTTLED IN MAURITIUS, THE TROPICA L I S LAND PARADISE
We follow the traditional method to make our rum, utilising generations of local knowhow with our distilling partners to ensure every bottle is filled, sealed and handled with the attention it deserves. The sugarcane is harvested from the finest sites on the island and then distilled in both column and pot stills. After distillation a touch of vanilla and coconut are added and we age until we achieve our distinctive smooth taste.
Our award-winning Gold rum is the taste of Mauritius in a bottle. On the nose, butterscotch and fresh vanilla are prominent with hints of honey in the background. The palate glides on nicely from the nose, with notes of toasted coconut and caramelized molasses, leaving you ready to sink blissfully into your hammock. The finish is deep and smooth.
Beach Bum Rum Gold is best enjoyed as a mixer in cocktails, our personal favorite being the classic old-fashioned. The liquid is versatile and is perfect for mixology.
